In accordance with the issued Urban-Technical Conditions and the requirements defined in the design brief, a complete reconstruction of the sports hall building is planned, while retaining the section that was previously adapted and is intended for the school’s classrooms.
The building consists of a ground floor (G), with a gross floor area of 1,623.03 m².
The scope of works includes the execution of all preparatory, construction, building and craft works, as well as finishing works required for the reconstruction of the facility, in accordance with the design documentation, applicable technical regulations, quality standards, and the use of appropriate materials and construction methods.
