Execution of Construction Works for the Construction of a New Building at the ‘Milovan Šaranović’ Barracks in Danilovgrad.

Amount – value: 5.079.581,903 € including VAT

In accordance with the design brief, the building shall be located within the existing complex of the “Milovan Šaranović” Barracks.
The building comprises ground floor and one upper floor (G+1), with a gross floor area of 2,790 m².
The scope of works for the construction of the building includes all civil and finishing works, water supply and sewerage installation works, high-voltage and low-voltage electrical installations, building automation systems, mechanical and sprinkler installations, the supply and installation of specialized equipment appropriate to the intended future use of the building, furnishing, as well as external site development and landscaping works.
