The Secondary Medical School is a two-storey educational facility with a lower ground floor and sports hall, providing a total gross floor area of 6,171 m².
The development includes 16 classrooms, three auxiliary teaching rooms, specialist laboratories, an administrative wing, a dental training unit, library, lecture theatres, sports hall and supporting facilities. The building was fully equipped with modern educational infrastructure, security and communications systems, while the sports hall was fitted with specialist sporting equipment.
