The scope of works includes all building and finishing works; water supply and sewerage installations; electrical installations for power, low-voltage systems and automation; a transformer substation; mechanical and sprinkler systems; an INERGEN fire suppression system; medical gas installations; elevators; the supply and installation of specialised equipment appropriate to the facility’s intended use, as well as furniture; and external site development works.
