With a total gross floor area of 8,473.64 m², the project includes the construction of a Special Healthcare Unit, a Multifunctional Building, an Open Prison Facility, as well as an admissions building and on-site retail facility.

The scope of works comprises all construction and finishing works, water supply and drainage systems, high- and low-voltage electrical installations, automation systems, mechanical and sprinkler installations, the supply and installation of equipment and furniture, and associated external works and landscaping.
