The Mental Health Clinic is a three-storey facility (Ground Floor + 2) with a total gross floor area of 3,564 m².

The project included all construction and finishing works, water supply and drainage systems, high- and low-voltage electrical installations, automation systems, mechanical and sprinkler installations, as well as the supply and installation of equipment and furniture. External works and landscaping were also completed as part of the project.
