The project involved the construction of the National Blood Transfusion Centre, a five-storey facility (Lower Ground Floor, Ground Floor and four upper floors) with a total gross floor area of 2,944 m².
The scope of works included all construction, finishing and building services installations, together with external landscaping, parking areas, access roads and accessible pedestrian routes.
