The project comprised the construction of the Football Association of Montenegro’s headquarters building, including all construction, finishing and building services works, together with external landscaping.

The building extends over four levels (Lower Ground Floor, Ground Floor and two upper floors) and provides a total gross floor area of 3,784 m². The lower ground floor accommodates parking, technical facilities, storage and laundry areas, while the upper levels contain offices, meeting rooms and a press conference hall.

The development also included the installation of a rooftop solar power system, landscaped green areas with irrigation, stone-paved pedestrian pathways, parking facilities and access roads.
