Reconstruction of the “Sočica” Restaurant

The project involved the full refurbishment of the restaurant and kitchen areas, including the reconstruction of outdoor terraces and landscaped spaces.

The scope of works included demolition and stone cladding of existing concrete planters, stone paving to terraces, roofing, façade, metalwork, joinery and tiling works, water supply and drainage systems, high- and low-voltage electrical installations, mechanical services, landscaping works, and the complete fit-out of the restaurant.
