The project involves the construction of a public facility – an enclosed sports hall with a ground floor and two upper floors (P+2), with a total gross floor area of 2,985.63 m². Large glazed openings are planned on the front façade, in accordance with modern design principles, providing improved natural lighting and solar exposure of the building. Aluminium-framed windows and doors are planned. All façades are clad with sandwich panels, while the side entrances are recessed. The building has a single-pitch roof with a steel roof substructure covered with roofing sandwich panels.
