Short description

Facade works, replacement of façade metalwork; rehabilitation, thermal insulation and hydro insulation of roofs; painting; refurbishment of old and construction of new sanitary blocks, as well as all pertaining works resulting from the implementation of energy efficiency measures. Replacement of heating pipes, rehabilitation of electrical installations and installation of new luminaries. The main building consists of a ground floor + 1 floor and a ground floor + 2 floors, surface area 4411 m2, while two ancillary buildings consist of a ground floor + 1 floor and a ground floor, surface area 610 m2 and 158 m2.
