Construction, construction-craft works, and water supply installations, low and high voltage electrical installations, thermo-technical and sprinkler installations, as well as landscaping works. The facility consists of a basement + ground floor + 2 floors, surface area 3784 m2. Garage, technical premises, storage area and laundry are accommodated in the basement, while offices, meeting halls and a press hall are situated in the ground floor and two floors. A solar power plant is installed on the roof of this facility. The facility is surrounded with a green area of about 4500 m2, together with sprinkler system, stone paved pathways, parking area and asphalt access road.
