The object in question is a high-category 5-star hotel with 97 accommodation units, of which 86 double rooms and 11 suites and with all associated facilities. The reconstruction resulted in 194 beds. The concept of organization from the existing-approved Main Project was retained, with minor changes that primarily relate to the enlargement of the SPA zone, dislocation and enlargement of the restaurant and a different internal organization of the congress and business zone on the ground floor.
